Changing how we eat is hard. Humans connect, share and include using food. So changing what we eat has significant consequences, beyond its impact on our individual bodies and minds.
Wildélan finds foods that are useful in the journey from unconscious eating to mindful consumption. Some of these are intermediaries, things you might try for a while to break a habit with something worse, but probably won’t eat forever.
Wé have a specific, simple formula when assessing foods to add to our store, which you can trust to assist in reducing inflammation-causing gut bacteria. That formula is basically: at least as much fiber as fructose must be present in the item in question. This can be hard work to research as nutritional information doesn’t usually show fructose content, only total sugars. Sometimes there is some wiggle room with this, but these foods need to be eaten more sparingly. Most foods available from Wildélan are keto and paleo-friendly, and vegan and organic where possible.
